Tooth Fairy Idioms Fun!

Many have requested materials to work on figurative language.  Practice learning, expressing, and understanding idioms with this fun tooth fairy themed activity!  

In this file:

-Matching Cards:  Match the idioms (toothpaste) to its meaning (toothbrush).  Use these cards to introduce, drill, review, and practice with memory matching games.

-Comprehending Idioms:  Use the board game provided.  Students can read/listen to the sentences which incorporate an idiom.  They must use their knowledge of the “matching cards” to express the meaning of the idioms underlined in the sentences.

-2 Review Worksheets:  Match the idioms to their meanings.
