Capture The Criminal: Drawing Conclusions QR Code Fun!

I have been LOVING using QR codes lately.  I am so excited to share with you my newest QR code activity.  I have so many students working on higher level thinking skills, so it only seemed right to create an activity to address drawing conclusions in a fun and interactive way!

Use with any QR scanning app on your device (iPad, iPhone, or iPod Touch).  I suggest the ‘Scan’ app for the iPad.

Students must read each card and use their drawing conclusions skills to determine which “criminal” or community helper is being described.

Students can check their work using the QR code provided on each card.

Visual aid provided

Graphic organizer provided to help record clues used to determine answers.

Follow up activity worksheet provided:  Students can create a “wanted” sign for one of the criminals they captured.
